You cant improve; youre the best.

The only nit picky thing I had with this property is that we could not locate a carbon monoxide detector in the home and one of the smoke alarms battery was low. We try to remember to bring our own detector but forgot and were disappointed this home did not have one. Its very important to have a carbon monoxide detector in every home. Because it didnt have one, we slept with the windows open every night but not a big deal because it was hot; but if guests were there in the winter, it could be an issue. Please make sure a carbon monoxide detector is in every home you rent. Again, maybe there was one in there, but we couldnt find it. Maybe just listing in your amenities you list that its there to ease anxious minds like mine :). Manager response from Ellen : All of our homes are required to have working smoke and CO detectors per California regulations. I am so sorry that you were unable to locate the CO detector in this home. I checked with the owner and it is a hardwired system, located in the kitchen. We are available 7 days a week 9-4 for questions regarding the home and we would have been happy to answer this question during your stay. Also, we HAVE listed in the amenities section that the home has smoke detectors and a CO detector for your comfort in knowing our homes are supplied with these safety features!

I was totally happy with Ellen . She is great person to talk to and explain everything to us . When dealing with a 5 Star employee like Ellen it made our vacation a great experience.

Great house. Beautiful area. Well maintained area. Loved the house and it is on the golf course which is a real plus.

Refrigerator door could use some help. Does not close automatically. Pull cord on blinds for slider door was frayed and broke.

Our rental had a gorgeous view and had all of the amenities we needed.

This rental was the most well-equipped vacation rental I have ever stayed in. From the pots and pans to the newly remodeled interior, we were surprised by the amenities available in almost every room. The real and authentic art throughout the house was a beautiful touch.

The unit was very cozy and clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Plenty of extra blankets for the mountain cold. It was a great place for our weekend getaway.

Great value for a well appointed vacation rental condo! We love 74 Ponderosa for its location and great amenities. It is our regular condo for our fall trips! See you next year!

The lovely home on Navajo trail in Graeagle was the perfect spot for our vacation. We loved walking to town and enjoyed sitting on the deck. We really hope to make it back there next fall! Definitely a 5 star rating!

15 Navajo Trail is THE place to stay when visiting magical Graeagle, California! This home is so comfortable and welcoming with very large rooms and wonderful outdoor spaces for gathering. It has everything you need and exceeded our expectations in every way! The only regret we had about renting this wonderful home was having to leave it! Can't wait to return! This was, by far, the best rental experience we have ever had!

Jennifer and Ellen were easy to deal with and so helpful. They showed legitimate concern for our stay making sure all bases were covered
